Birth + Postpartum Plans
Congratulations! Let's work together for your birth and postpartum needs!
Gabrielle's doula services are designed to have both your birth and postpartum needs in mind. Prenatal sessions will provide opportunities to explore how your birth decisions can influence your postpartum needs, and how your postpartum decisions can influence your birth vision. As your doula, my goal is to help you and your birth partner reduce stress and provide the birth and postpartum support you desire.
As a doula, I know how valuable
timely, accurate, and
evidence-based information is for families to have as they expect the arrival of their new little one(s)!
For comprehensive information specifically prepared for birthing families about COVID-19 and your birth options,
please visit the
Evidence Based Birth (EBB) website
as a supportive resource:
You will have access to a:
Free Birth Class via YouTube
Sample Informed Consent Form for Refusal to Separate Birthing Parent from Infant
And much more!
During this season, I am happy to offer
virtual doula support via video conference options. Support includes at least four prenatal and two postpartum sessions.
In our sessions, we will:
Define your Birth Vision
Complete a Birth and Postpartum Plan
Prepare you for the stages of labor and how to work with your labor process
Determine your specific needs concerning transfer to your chosen birth in light of new COVID-19 procedures
Practice Comfort Measures (yes! online!) to ensure you have helpful comfort techniques during labor
We can also discuss your needs and interest for in-person doula support prior to hospital transfer.
Total: $ 500.00
*Cost a concern? Scholarships are available.
